The Kaarina
The Kaarina is a six-person sauna with a peaked barn roof that makes it feel like a small cabin in the garden. Inside, the ceiling rises to 91 inches at the peak, and the room runs 80 inches deep — room for the whole family, or for friends who turn a Saturday into a sauna evening.
The heat is the real thing. An 8 kW Harvia stove on the wall warms the stones and holds the room at 170–185°F. Pass the scoop, pour water over the hot stones, and let the steam rise into the peak and roll back over the benches — löyly to share. The sandglass, bucket and scoop are included.
When the sun goes down, the ceiling lights up with colored stars. With natural Canadian red cedar all around, your music over Bluetooth through the built-in speakers and the bronze privacy glass door closed, it becomes the warmest room you own — the place where conversations stretch and shoulders drop.
Its all-weather exterior is made for the yard; keep the finish up over the years and wipe the inside with plain water and a soft cloth. It needs a level concrete pad or wood deck, a 240V circuit for the stove installed by a licensed electrician, and a regular 120V outlet for lights and sound.
