Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from saunset.com, operated by LACM Commerce, LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Saunset ("Saunset", "we").

1. Orders. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order and refund in full if a product becomes unavailable or a price was listed in error.

2. Prices and tax. Prices are in US dollars and include curbside delivery in the Los Angeles area. Sales tax is added at checkout. Services are quoted separately.

3. What we sell. Saunset sells and delivers saunas, cold plunges and related accessories, offers in-home consultations, and coordinates related services in the Los Angeles area. Saunset does not perform construction, installation or electrical work. Any assembly, installation or electrical services are provided by independent licensed professionals under separate agreements between you and them; Saunset is not a party to those agreements and is not responsible for their work.

4. Electrical and permits. Many saunas require a dedicated electrical circuit installed by a licensed electrician, and some installations require a permit. You are responsible for meeting local codes, HOA rules and permit requirements.

5. Warranty. Products carry the manufacturer's warranty only. Saunset makes no additional warranties beyond those required by law.

6. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Saunset's liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

7. Policies. Our Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies are part of these terms.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
