Shipping policy

Delivered price. Prices on saunset.com include freight delivery to the curb at your address in the Los Angeles area. We sell and deliver only within the Los Angeles area.

How delivery works. Saunas ship by freight carrier directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Delivery is curbside: the carrier delivers to the curb or end of the driveway. Moving the sauna from the curb to its final location, unpacking and assembly are not included.

Lead times. Lead times are set by the manufacturer and shown on the product page when available. They are estimates, not guarantees. We will email you tracking and carrier contact details once your order ships, and the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.

Inspect at delivery. Please inspect every package before signing. If anything is damaged or missing, write it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and email hello@saunset.com within 48 hours of delivery. Damage not noted on the delivery receipt may not be covered by the carrier.

Sales tax. California sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
