Refund policy

Cancellation before shipment. You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours and before the order ships, a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price applies. Email hello@saunset.com with your order number.

Cancellation after shipment. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and is treated as a return under the terms below.

Returns after delivery. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unassembled and in its original packaging. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer pays freight in both directions; if the original order shipped at no separate freight charge, the actual delivery cost is deducted from the refund. Items that have been assembled, installed or used cannot be returned; they remain covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Damaged or defective items. Report damage within 48 hours of delivery as described in our Shipping Policy. For defects after delivery, we will help you file a claim under the manufacturer's warranty.

Home consultation fee. The home consultation fee is non-refundable once the visit has taken place. It is credited toward a sauna ordered from Saunset within 60 days of the visit. You may reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we approve a cancellation or receive a returned item.
