What's included in the price?
Freight delivery to your curb. Sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Do you carry it to my backyard?
No — delivery is curbside by a lift-gate truck.

What power do I need?
Most traditional saunas need a dedicated 240V circuit; see each product's specs.

Who installs it?
Independent licensed installers we can connect you with. Assembly of a 1–4 person infrared sauna is $200–250, and haul-away of the cartons and pallet is $100; other models are priced individually. See Service & Support.

Can I return it?
Within 14 days of delivery if unused, unassembled and in original packaging, with a return authorization. A 20% restocking fee and freight both ways apply. See our Refund policy.
