Warranty

Warranty support from a local dealer. Every sauna we sell carries its manufacturer's warranty. If something goes wrong, call or email us — we'll help you document the issue, file the claim with the manufacturer and follow up until it's resolved.

At delivery: inspect the cartons before you sign — you may refuse damaged freight. Then open the boxes and report any hidden damage with photos to hello@saunset.com within 48 hours of delivery.
