The Serena
The Serena lives up to its name: a calm, two-person infrared sauna in a 46-by-40-inch footprint, made for quiet evenings. It fits in a spare room or a corner of the bedroom, and it gives a couple — or one person who likes space — a warm place to come back to every day.
Choose how it warms you. The Low EMF and Elite versions use seven far-infrared carbon panels; the Elite's Ultra Low EMF panels measure 3–5 mG at 2 to 3 inches. The Full Spectrum version brings together five PureTech™ Near Zero EMF carbon panels (under 3 mG) and two near-infrared elements. All of them keep the room at a gentle 118–132°F.
Close the clear glass door and let the stillness settle in. Pick a soft color for the chromotherapy light or switch it to red, play something slow over Bluetooth through the built-in speakers, and let the warm hemlock do the rest.
It ships in two boxes, the panels clasp together, and it plugs into a regular 120V household outlet — no electrician needed.
