The Llumeneres
The Llumeneres is a two-person full-spectrum sauna — 48 by 42 inches — for couples who want the full range of infrared warmth at home. It fits a spare room or a basement retreat, and it quickly becomes the place where evenings slow down.
Full spectrum combines two kinds of heat. Four PureTech™ Near Zero EMF carbon panels, under 3 mG at 2 to 3 inches, provide deep far-infrared warmth, and two near-infrared elements add a quicker, brighter glow. The room stays at a comfortable 118–132°F, so you can stay long enough to really unwind.
Close the glass door, choose a color for the chromotherapy light or switch it to red, and play your music over Bluetooth through the built-in speakers. Sit back together against the warm hemlock and let the conversation drift.
It ships in two boxes, the panels clasp together, and it plugs into a regular 120V household outlet. A soft cloth and plain water are all the upkeep it asks.

- 118–132°F is the ideal range; the sauna can heat up to 140°F.
- Warm-up takes time: about 20 minutes to reach 100°F and 35–40 minutes to reach 125–130°F, starting from a room above 70°F.
- Set the temperature and session time on the control panel.
- Infrared warms you directly, so the air stays gentler than in a traditional sauna.

- Clean the inside with plain water and a soft cloth, with the sauna unplugged — no liquid or aerosol cleaners.
