The Gracia
The Gracia is a one-to-two-person infrared sauna that lets you choose how you want to be warmed. Its 39-by-36-inch footprint fits a bedroom or a home office, and inside there's room for one to stretch out or for two to share a quiet session.
Pick your heat. The Low EMF and Elite versions use seven far-infrared carbon panels — the Elite's Ultra Low EMF panels measure 3–5 mG at 2 to 3 inches. The Full Spectrum version pairs four PureTech™ Near Zero EMF carbon panels (under 3 mG) with two near-infrared elements. All of them hold the room at a gentle 118–132°F while the warmth reaches you directly.
Close the clear glass door, set the chromotherapy light to your favorite color or to red, and let your music play over Bluetooth through the built-in speakers. The hemlock warms around you, and the end of the day finally feels like the end of the day.
It ships in two boxes, the panels clasp together, and it plugs into a regular 120V household outlet. Plain water and a soft cloth keep it clean.
