The Avila
The Avila is a compact infrared sauna — 39 by 36 inches — that's ideal for one and cozy for two. It fits in a spare bedroom, a basement corner or beside the home gym, and it's the kind of place you start visiting every evening once it's there.
Seven carbon panels warm you with far infrared: heat that reaches your body directly, so the room stays at a gentle 118–132°F while you feel warm through and through. Choose the Low EMF version, or the Elite, whose panels measure 3–5 mG at 2 to 3 inches away.
Behind the clear glass door, natural hemlock surrounds you. Pick a color for the chromotherapy light or switch it to red, play your music over Bluetooth through the built-in speakers, and let the day's noise fade with every minute.
It ships in one box, the panels clasp together, and it plugs into a regular 120V household outlet — no electrician needed. A soft cloth and plain water are all the care it asks.
